Grants and Special Activities Project Manager

Under general supervision, manages a variety of challenging projects related to a HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation  Grant and a Choice Neighborhoods Action Activity grant.  Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business, Social Work or a related field.  Master’s degree in one of the above fields desirable.  Ten (10) or more years of successful work experience in planning, real estate development, affordable housing, community development, or social work.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.  Salary:   $28.86 an hour.  Resumes should be submitted by Monday, August 27, 2018, to the Personnel Analyst, Louisville Metro Housing Authority, 420 South 8th Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203 or e-mail to employment@lmha1.org.


Grants Initiatives and Special Projects
Assistant

Under general supervision, performs and coordinates a variety of challenging planning, community outreach and project implementation related tasks.  Responsible for providing logistical and project management support for the Russell Choice Neighborhood initiative and other LMHA initiatives  projects.  Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Social Service, Urban Planning, or a relevant field.  Four (4) years’ experience in a similar position or field.  An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted.  Salary:   $23.76 an hour.  Resumes should be submitted by Monday, August 27, 2018, to the Personnel Analyst, Louisville Metro Housing Authority, 420 South 8th Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203 or e-mail to employment@lmha1.org.


Exterminator

Responsible for spraying buildings and grounds.  Releases chemicals, sets traps and baiting to rid premises and grounds of pests.  Prepares units and buildings for fumigating and spraying.  $17.71/hr.  High School graduation or equivalent.  One year related experience, and a valid driver’s license.    An equivalent combination of education or experience may be substituted.  Must pass the International Property Maintenance Test and be certified by the State of Kentucky to apply pesticides within six months of employment.  Apply by Monday, August 27, 2018, at the Louisville Metro Housing Authority, 420 South 8th Street, Louisville, KY  40203 or e-mail to employment@lmha1.org.


Maintenance Worker II
