Changing Internet Providers

CHANGING INTERNET PROVIDERS AND NEED TO RETURN EQUIPMENT, SEE BELOW:

Returning Spectrum Equipment:

  1. Return Spectrum Equipment to ANY Spectrum Store. The nearest locations to you:
    • Spectrum- 4419 Dixie Hwy, 1-888-406-7063 (ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED IF YOU ARE CHANGING PROVIDERS, SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS).
    • Spectrum- 4531 Outer Loop
  1. Return Spectrum Equipment to ANY UPS Store (NO CHARGE; Bring Equipment and let them know you’re a Spectrum customer). The nearest locations to you:

  1. If you are disabled and unable to return to the store, you can request a Home Shipment Return Kit
