LMHA was recently awarded American Rescue Plan funding to begin the first phase of housing redevelopment on the former Iroquois Homes site. This first phase of new housing will feature 60 new apartments in a 3-story elevator building exclusively for persons age 55+. LMHA anticipates that the new Iroquois Homes Senior Living Community will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2025.
