The THRIVE Program

THE THRIVE PROGRAM (Resident Opportunities and Self- Sufficiency Program)

The Thrive Program is created for LMHA public housing residents, to enhance the quality of life by connecting residents to supportive services and resident empowerment activities, as they work towards becoming economically self- sufficient. Thrive serves public housing families, elderly, and disabled individuals.

WHY YOU SHOULD ENROLL IN THRIVE?

The Thrive Service Coordinator program can help families, elderly, and disabled. To better service our families, Thrive can partner with residents to build and enhance their quality of life.

A COACH (Service Coordinator) will work with participating residents to assist in connecting and advancing relationships with local supportive and community services. A COACH will help residents identify barriers and needs to determine the coordination of services. Additionally, a COACH will help residents connect to:

  • Housing Instability
  • Employment
  • Financial Education and Credit Counseling
  • Literacy Programs/ESL/ Education
  • Medical Care/ Health Related Services
  • Education
  • Collaboration with Local Providers
  • Partnership with Residents

Thrive Service Coordinators are here and available for the benefit of the residents we serve!
