Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market. Overview
If you are interested in leasing a housing unit to one of the Section 8 Rental Assistance participants, landlord information packets may be obtained Monday-Friday, from 8:30AM - 4:30PM, at the Section 8 office located at 600 South Seventh Street, or by contacting Rebekah Aman-James at (502) 569-6948.
The Louisville Metro Housing Authority requests compliance with the local Property Maintenance Code and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development's Housing Quality Standards to ensure your property meets program guidelines. Copies of the Louisville Metro Housing codes may be obtained at the Section 8 office or by phone (502) 569-6060, ext. 135.
